Artistic 55ct Chalcedony and Chlorite cabochon

This is such a great looking collectors piece! The violet chalcedony is translucent with touches of smokey white violet that swirls through it, set against rich earthy gray green chlorite. This crystal and mineral formation grew together naturally over millions of years. It has a low domed cabochon cut with a smooth surface, and a liquid luster that glistens over both sides equally, creating a dramatic display. It measures an impressive 40.3mm x 29.9mm x 5.1mm, and has an edged cut making it perfect for setting.
