Big 12.14ct floral flashing Opal cabochon

This pearly white opal features a commanding size at 19.9mm x 14.1mm x 9mm, but the real attention grabber is its flashing. Fiery floral flashing covers the piece in vibrant reds, greens, and oranges while demure pops of rare indigo can be seen at certain angles. One thing to note, however, is that there is a spot of matrix on the bottom of the piece. This can easily be covered up by a pendant setting, or it can be left as a reminder of the opal’s natural origin. Untreated!
